The Build quality is very impressive. Metal wheels instead of plastic wheels. The are concealed in the frame so the doors can be used as room dividers. These far exceed the quality from other companies are currently supplying.
We just installed these in a clients home located in Palm Springs. A 1/2″ plywood piece was anchored to the floor and then the track is attached to that. This allows the carpeting to be installed right up against the track.
